第2期外壁改修工事のご案内
いつも広島インテリジェントホテルアネックスをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
下記の日程にて第2期外壁改修工事を行います。
工事場所： ホテル南館
工事期間： 2026年12月1日（火）～2027年4月15日（木）（予定）
工事時間： AM8：30～PM17：30
※音の出る作業はAM9：00より行います。
※上記時間帯は作業員が高所作業を行います。
※作業中は音・振動・においが発生する場合がございます。
※客室窓外には作業用足場があり、作業員から客室内が見えてしまう可能性、
におい等が流れ込む可能性がございます。在室中はカーテン、窓を閉めてお過ごしください。
※工事期間中はホテル駐車場のご利用を一時的に停止させていただく場合がございます。
その際、お客様には提携駐車場および近隣のコインパーキングをご案内いたします。
ホテルの営業はいつも通り行っておりますが、ご利用のお客様にできるだけ
ご迷惑をお掛けしないよう心掛け、安心安全を最優先に作業を進めてまいります。

Notice Regarding Phase 2 Exterior Wall Renovation Work
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of the Hiroshima Intelligent Hotel Annex.
We will be conducting Phase 2 exterior wall renovation work according to the schedule below.
Work Location: Hotel South Wing
Work Period: December 1, 2026 (Tue) – April 15, 2027 (Thu) (tentative)
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
*Noisy work will begin at 9:00 AM.
*During the above hours, workers will be performing work at heights.
* Noise, vibration, and odors may occur during construction.
* Construction scaffolding will be set up outside guest room windows, so there is a possibility that workers may be able to see inside the rooms,
and odors may drift in. Please keep your curtains and windows closed while in your room.
* Use of the hotel parking lot may be temporarily suspended during the construction period.
In such cases, we will direct guests to our affiliated parking lot or nearby coin-operated parking facilities.
The hotel will remain open as usual, and we will do our utmost
to minimize any inconvenience to our guests while prioritizing safety and peace of mind throughout the construction process.
