For Guests Staying 2 or More Nights

Regarding housekeeping, there are four types of cards on the inside of guest room door; please place the card indicating your preferred service on the outside of the door by 11:00 AM. If no card is displayed, a staff member will knock to confirm whether you require cleaning. (If you are out of your room, we will provide our regular cleaning service.) *Please return the card to the inside of the room after 3:00 PM.

Help Us Save the Planet: Eco-Cleaning Program

Staying 2+ nights and don’t need cleaning? Take the green card from the inside of your room door and hang it outside by 11:00 AM.Decline cleaning and amenities to get 1 “Eco Card” per night at the front desk. Collect 5 cards for a 500 yen QUO Card!

Note: For hygiene reasons, regular cleaning is mandatory every 4 days.

Eco-Friendly Amenity Policy for Stay-Over Cleaning

To help protect the environment, we do not restock plastic amenities during room cleaning for consecutive nights. New toothbrushes and toothpaste are available at the front desk upon request. You can also find extra toothpaste at the 1st-floor amenity station.

Regarding Cups/Glasses During Stay-Over Cleaning

If any beverages are left in your cups or glasses during room cleaning, we will leave them untouched.
If you would like them replaced, please contact the front desk.
